Randolph Altschuler is the Co-CEO of OfficeTiger, one of the largest diversified professional support services firms and a global leader in industry-specialized, judgment-based solutions.
Founded in 1999, OfficeTiger has grown to over 3,500 professionals, working across three continents and cultures. Randy co-heads the execution and integration of strategic acquisitions, major sales and the overall leadership of the firm. An archetypal strategist, along with his partner, Randy has been instrumental in crafting a global footprint for OfficeTiger across seven countries and over fifteen sites.
Prior to co-founding OfficeTiger, Randy worked in private equity at The Blackstone Group and in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Randy also served as an assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Bank, North America, focusing on both strategic and management issues. He was listed by Institutional Investor as one of the top influencers in the online finance industry.
Randy graduated from Princeton University with High Honors and received an MBA with Distinction from The Harvard Business School. In addition, Randy was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to study in Vienna, Austria. |
