A Members Only Dinner Meeting with partners, Asia Society, Harvard Business School Association of NC, Princeton Club of NC and TiE
"Billions of Entrepreneurs" Held Thursday, June 12, 2008, Quadrus Conference Center, Palo Alto, CA
A full house, standing room only audience was at the Quadrus Conference
Center in Menlo Park to hear speaker Dr. Tarun Khanna of Harvard Business
School and author of just published book 'Billions of Entrepreneurs'.
His theme and presentation, based upon his in-depth research, travels and numerous interviews was very well received. His presentation was followed by a lively panel discussion with expert VCs on China, Mr. David Chao, on India, Mr. Mark Shaerman and the moderator Mr. Sumir Chadha. A wonderful Q&A session followed and the networking was excellent. Our thanks to all the attendees and the partners for their

"A Passport to Hot Markets" Held Thursday, April 10, 2008, Quadrus Conference Center, Palo Alto, CA
A succeesful full house meeting with an excellent
speech/presentation by Mr. Ravi Mhatre.
He outlined his vision and passion for VC investments
in India and Lightspeed VPs positive passage to India.
His outline of sectors and areas of opportunities drew a very
positive response. Global presence with China and Israel and now
to India was educational and there was a stimulating Q&A session.
